Rebrand the member knowledge base to Loopa and repair internal links

'''Body measurements''' track the tape, not just the scale. When you are gaining muscle or losing fat, your waist and other sites often move before your weight does. Loopa also turns your measurements into a body-composition estimate. Turn it on in Settings, then log from the '''Measurements''' page.

Every field is optional. Log the sites you care about.

== Log your measurements ==

Enter each body site in your length unit (inches or cm, set in Settings), plus '''body fat %''' if you have it. Tap '''Save'''.

The page includes a '''How to measure each site''' guide. Consistent technique keeps your numbers comparable and your body-fat estimate accurate: measure relaxed, on bare skin, with the tape snug but not tight, at the same point each time.

== Estimated body composition ==

From your latest measurements (and your last logged weight), Loopa estimates:

  • '''Body fat %''' using the U.S. Navy formula, with a category band.
  • '''Fat mass''' and '''lean mass''' in your weight unit.
  • '''Waist-to-height ratio'''. Under 0.5 is the simple healthy target.
  • '''Waist-to-hip ratio''', a proxy for where you carry fat, banded low, elevated, or high.

These are estimates from a tape measure, not a body scan. Treat them as a trend line, not a lab result. For the full picture see [[BMI and body composition]].

== Change since last time ==

The '''Latest by site''' card shows each site's current value and how it changed since your previous reading, with an up or down arrow. That change is the point of measuring.

== Set a target and a reminder ==

Under '''Target and check-in''' you can:

  • Track a '''target''' for one site (a waist goal, for example) with a progress bar.
  • Set a '''check-in cadence'''. Loopa then nudges you on the page when your next measurement is due.

== Trends and history ==

Each site gets a trend sparkline showing its direction over time. The '''History''' table lists every dated entry; use '''Edit''' or '''Delete''' on any row.
