Summary
Every option in Recipes, Low FODMAP, My Pantry, the meal planner, Eating Out and What should I eat? documented against the iPhone app, with Loopa 1.5 tiers

Your patterns puts the meals you checked beside how you felt, group by group, and builds a document you can take to a clinician. It describes what you recorded. It does not say a food caused anything.

It is part of the Low FODMAP protocol, which is part of Loopa Premium.

Opening it
You → Your health → Low FODMAP → Your patterns. On Android the button reads Your patterns and export.

What it needs first
Fourteen days that have both a meal checked with Check before you eat and a How do you feel? entry. Until then the screen shows Keep logging, a progress bar, and a line such as "Keep logging. 6 more days with both a meal checked and a symptom entry and this starts comparing." It looks back over the last 90 days.

What it shows
One card per FODMAP group. A group with too little to go on says "Not enough to compare yet." or a line saying what it is waiting for. A group with enough shows plain statements comparing your higher-load days with the others, in your own numbers.

If you recorded stress or sleep quality, each card adds context rows, such as "Stress: 6 on higher days · 4 on others". They are there so you can see whether something else was going on, not as part of the comparison.

Every page carries the same standing line: "These are your own entries placed side by side. They describe what you recorded and nothing beyond it. In a blinded reintroduction trial 26% of people reacted to a placebo, so a single high day sits inside the range chance produces."

This is a separate screen from Symptoms and food patterns, which belongs to the medication protocols.

For your clinician
The card For your clinician says "Your phases, entries and these comparisons as a document you send yourself." Tap Export PDF or Export CSV. The file, named like loopa-health-low-fodmap-2026-10-25.pdf, opens in the share sheet so you can save it or send it. Nothing is sent on your behalf. If the file cannot be built: "Couldn't build the document. Try again in a moment."

Your full clinician report also has a Low FODMAP section. See Sharing a report with your clinician.

What it does not do
 • It does not say a food caused a symptom.
 • It does not tell you to cut anything out.
 • It does not compare you with anybody else.

The reintroduction challenges are what give an answer about a group. See Running a reintroduction challenge.
