Editorial pass for house style across the knowledge base

''Part of the [[Using the iOS app|Loopa iOS app]] guide.''

'''Milestone cards''' are the shareable "CASE UPDATE" images the Loopa app builds from your progress, so you can post a win that looks like the rest of your log. You reach them from the More tab: open '''The Archive''' section and tap '''Share My Progress''' (titled '''Share Progress''' at the top). See [[Using the iOS app]] for the wider layout.

''General wellness tracking, not medical advice.''

== What triggers a card == When you open the screen it reads your current summary and derives the strongest milestone available. There are two:

  • '''Weight down''': once you're at least one unit (lb or kg) below your starting weight, the card leads with how much you're down, e.g. "8 lb down," under the line "Down from 245 lb. No filters, no fairy tales."
  • '''Days logged''': once you've logged at least five days, the card reads "12 days logged," under "Consistency is what moves the needle itself."

Weight-down takes priority when both qualify. If you haven't logged enough yet, there's no card to share. You'll see "Log a little more and your first case update will be ready to share." Keep logging and one becomes available.

== What's on the card == The card is a square, branded image styled to match the rest of the app:

  • A '''CASE UPDATE''' label across the top, with the app's square logo.
  • The headline stat (your weight lost or days logged) in large type.
  • A one-line subtitle under it.
  • A footer reading the tag and the site: "LOOPA · loopa.mobieus.io".

A live preview of the exact card sits on screen before you share, so you see precisely what you're sending.

== Sharing it == Tap '''Share Case Update''' and the app renders the preview to a high-resolution PNG image and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet. From there you can send it to Messages, save it to Photos, post it to any social app, or share it however you like. It's an ordinary image once rendered. A light haptic confirms when the card is ready.
