Summary
Every option on Progress, Trends, Summary, the Weekly report, Raw Logs, What If, Share My Progress, Metabolic Insights, the AI coach, devices, Easy Switch, reminders, units and Display & Layout, on Loopa 1.5

''Part of the [[using-the-ios-app|Loopa iOS app]] guide.''

'''Raw Logs''' lists every entry you have made, one line each, so you can see exactly what is in your record and delete anything that shouldn't be there. Its title bar reads '''Raw Logs'''.

Open it from the '''Progress''' tab › '''Over time''' › '''Raw Logs''' (the last row). Raw Logs is part of '''Loopa Basic''' and '''Loopa Premium'''. Android has the same screen. There is no web version.

== By day or by kind ==

A switch at the top chooses how the list is arranged. '''By day''' is the default.

  • '''By day''' shows a '''Day''' date picker. Pick any day up to today and the list shows everything logged on it, grouped by kind. It opens on today.
  • '''By kind''' shows a row of chips: '''Food''', '''Water''', '''Weight''', '''Sleep''', '''Mood''', '''Vitals''', '''Activity''', '''Measurements''', '''Supplements''' and '''Protocol doses'''. It opens on Food. Tap a chip to list that kind's entries from the '''last 90 days''', newest first, each led by its date.

Switching between the two reloads the list.

== What a row shows ==

Each row has a title (what it was, such as a food name or "Weight"), a detail line (the amount, in your units), and a stamp line with how long ago it was logged and where it came from, or the date.

When there's nothing to show you see "Nothing logged on this day." (By day) or "No food entries in the last 90 days." with the kind you picked (By kind).

== Deleting an entry ==

  1. Tap the '''trash''' button on the row. VoiceOver reads it as "Delete" and the entry's title.
  2. Loopa asks '''Delete this entry?''' with the entry's title and detail and "This removes it from your log for good."
  3. Tap '''Delete''' to remove it, or '''Cancel''' to keep it.

A spinner replaces the trash button while it deletes. The entry is removed from the day it was logged on, whichever day the picker shows. Once it's gone, the list reloads and your Today rings, Trends and the week's totals update.

If the delete doesn't go through, Loopa says '''Couldn't delete that''' with "That entry may already be gone. Pull to refresh and check." and an '''OK''' button. Raw Logs has no pull to refresh, so switch the day or the kind and back to reload the list.

A deleted entry can't be brought back.

== Changing an entry ==

Raw Logs deletes; it doesn't edit. To change an amount or a time, open the entry on its own screen, for example the Food log, the Water screen or the Vitals screen.

Every kind can be deleted here. Supplements and protocol doses have nothing to change in Raw Logs, so under those kinds the screen says "Change these on the supplements screen." or "Change these on the protocol doses screen."
