Coach history keeps your past conversations with Loopa AI Coach so you can read them again or delete them. Reading and deleting are free on every plan, Loopa Basic included.
Opening it
- In Loopa AI Coach, tap the Coach history clock in the top corner. It opens as a sheet; tap Done to close it.
- You tab › Help › AI coach history ("Read or delete your conversations with Loopa AI Coach. Free.").
The list
Your conversations, newest first. Each shows a title taken from the conversation (or "Conversation" if it has none) and a line such as "6 messages · Oct 1". Pull down to refresh.
With none: "No conversations with the coach yet."
The footer says how long conversations are kept, "Conversations are kept for a year, then deleted automatically.", and "Deleting is free on every plan."
If the list can't load it says "Your coach history couldn't be loaded." with a button to try again.
Reading a conversation
Tap a conversation to read it. Your messages and the coach's are shown as they were, and you can select and copy the text. A past conversation is read-only: you can't carry it on. Opening Loopa AI Coach always starts a new conversation.
Deleting
One conversation, from the list: swipe left and tap Delete, or press and hold and choose Delete conversation. From inside a conversation: tap the trash button at the top. Either way Loopa asks Delete this conversation? with "It's deleted from Loopa. This can't be undone." Tap Delete conversation or Cancel.
Everything: tap Delete all coach history at the bottom of the list. Loopa asks Delete all coach history? with "Every conversation with Loopa AI Coach is deleted from Loopa. This can't be undone." Tap Delete all conversations or Cancel.
If you delete the conversation that is open in Loopa AI Coach, the coach screen starts over.
If a delete doesn't go through you see "That conversation wasn't deleted. Check your connection and try again." (or "This conversation wasn't deleted…" from inside it, or "Your history wasn't deleted. Check your connection and try again." for Delete all). Nothing was removed; try again.
What deleting does and doesn't touch
Deleting a conversation removes the messages. It doesn't remove anything you chose to save to your history from a chat with Add; that is listed, and can be forgotten, in What your coach knows about you.
On Android
Android has the same Coach history screen.
