How Loopa works when a friend, creator or coach shared it with you.
If someone gave you a Loopa link, you may land on a page with their name and logo on it rather than ours. That is the right page. They are a Loopa partner, and the link tells us they sent you.
What the page asks for
Just an account: your name, email and a password. There is nothing to pay on that page. Loopa is free to start, and if you ever want the paid extras you buy them inside the app later.
After you sign up
You will see a page with two things on it: a QR code and a download button for your phone.
Loopa lives on your phone, so this is the step that matters. Point your phone's camera at the QR code, or tap the button if you are already reading this on your phone.
We also email you the same links, so if you would rather do it later, the email is waiting.
Signing in on the app
When the app opens, choose Sign in, not sign up. Your account already exists from the web page, and tapping sign up would start a second, empty one.
Use the same email address you used on the signup page.
Does using a link cost me anything?
No. You pay exactly the same as anyone else, and the person who shared the link is paid by us, not out of your pocket. If they gave you a discount, it is applied to your account and you will see it at checkout.
Do I have to install the app straight away?
No. Your account is saved. Install it whenever suits you and sign in with the same email. Everything is where you left it.
