Part of the Loopa iOS app guide.
The You tab is your profile and account hub, the last button on the bottom bar (the person icon, which carries a notification badge). It's laid out as your profile: a profile header at the top, then grouped lists for your health tools, your archive, and your account. From here you reach settings, notifications, your subscription, and sign-out. See The app layout and tabs and Using the iOS app for the wider map.
General wellness tracking, not medical advice.
The You header
At the top, under the "You" heading, is your profile card: your avatar, a member number, your display name, and your @username. Below it, My Profile opens your full public profile, which shows your avatar, bio, follower and following counts, and your recent posts.
Changing your photo
Tap the avatar (it shows a small pencil badge) to update your profile photo. You can pull it From My Contact Card, Choose from Photos, or Take Photo. A circular preview appears with Photo to save it or Pick Different Photo to try again. Once filed, the new photo shows everywhere the app renders you.
Membership, the full report
The Membership section has one entry, The full report, which opens the subscription screen. This is always here regardless of whether you're currently subscribed, so you can always find the plans, the benefits, and Restore Purchases. See Subscription and the full report.
The Archive, your health controls
The profile section links the settings behind your health tracking:
- Health Settings. Your goals, diet, macros, and which trackers are on. See Settings.
- Reminders. Dose, meal, and check-in nudges. See Reminders and notifications.
- Apple Health. Connect the app to Apple Health. See Apple Health sync.
The Archive
The Archive section collects everything else about your account and activity:
- Notifications. Your notification inbox, with an unread count badge.
- Achievements. Badges you've earned.
- Share My Progress. Build a shareable progress card (see Milestone cards).
- Friends. The people you follow; tap any to open their profile.
- Leaderboard. A community ranking (for example, fasting hours) with a top-three podium and your own row marked "You."
- Block Users. The list of people you've blocked, each with an Unblock button.
- Photos. Your progress photos (see Progress photos and compare).
- Preferences. App preferences, including the manual control for push notifications.
Account, sign out, and deletion
The account section holds:
- Signed-in devices. The devices where you're logged in.
- Sign out. You're asked to confirm ("Sign out?") before it signs you out.
- Delete Account. Permanently deletes your account and all your health data. You confirm the request, then confirm by email; a 30-day grace period applies before anything is erased.
