Subscription and the full report
Part of the Loopa iOS app guide.
Loopa Premium is the app's subscription, an in-app purchase that unlocks the full set of health tools. You reach the subscription screen from the More tab under Membership → The full report (it's always reachable there whether or not you're subscribed), and from the health features that are gated behind it. See Your profile and the You tab and Using the iOS app.
General wellness tracking, not medical advice.
What it unlocks
The screen opens with a "PREMIUM" stamp and the line "Your health, day by day. Everything you track, in one clear picture," then lists what a membership includes:
- AI meal planning around your macros.
- Photo food logging + barcode scan.
- A never-eat allergen guard.
- An honest weight forecast.
- H³, the AI Healthy Habit Helper.
- Weight, vitals, fluids, INR and glucose tracking, all encrypted.
For what the subscription produces once you're a member, see The full report.
The plans
Below the benefits are four plans in two tiers, shown as tappable rows:
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Loopa Premium | $12.99 | $69.99 | One person |
| Loopa Premium Family | $19.99 | $119.99 | Up to six, through a Loopa Family Group |
Each row's price is pulled live from the store, so it always shows the correct amount and currency for your account. A price here is what you will actually be charged, not a US figure converted. Within a tier the annual plan is highlighted, because paying yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments. Tap a plan to start the purchase. See Loopa Premium and Loopa Premium Family for what separates the two tiers.
Buying, and how it's applied
Tapping a plan runs the store's standard in-app purchase through your Apple Account or Google account. When the purchase is verified, the app grants you the same membership the website's checkout would, and you're taken back into the unlocked features. If a purchase doesn't complete, a short message tells you so and nothing is charged. While a plan is being purchased its row shows a spinner. If the store can't return the plans, the screen says "Subscriptions aren't available right now. Please try again shortly."
Changing plan
Tapping a different plan while you're already subscribed is a plan change, not a second subscription, and the app says which before you confirm. Moving up (monthly to yearly, or single to family) starts straight away, and the store credits the time you have already paid for. Moving down starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Restore Purchases
If you've already subscribed (on another device, or after reinstalling), tap Restore Purchases. The app re-checks your store account's active subscription and restores your membership. If there's nothing to restore, it tells you "No active subscription found to restore."
Cancelling, and refunds
Every plan auto-renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in, and you keep access until that period ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends or that renewal will already have been taken.
Cancel where you bought it. A subscription bought in the app is cancelled in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play, not in Loopa. Deleting the app does not cancel it, and neither does deleting your Loopa account.
Refunds for a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play are decided by Apple or Google under their own policies. Loopa cannot issue, reverse or overrule one. For a subscription bought on our website, write to support@mobieus.io.
Terms, Privacy, and the fine print
Beneath the plans is the auto-renewal disclosure: the subscription auto-renews, is charged to your store account, and can be cancelled anytime in your device Settings; it renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. The Terms and Privacy links open those documents natively in the app. The text is fetched and shown in a plain reader, with no web browser and no external links. See Installing and signing in for account setup, and Settings for managing the app once you're subscribed.
