Founding members: Premium Family for life
If your Loopa account existed when Loopa launched on the App Store, you hold Loopa Premium Family for life, at no charge. There is nothing to claim, nothing to renew, and no card involved.
Who has it
Every account created on or before 1 September 2026, the moment Loopa was published to the App Store. That is the whole rule. If you were here before launch, you are a founding member.
Accounts created after that moment start on Loopa Basic, the free tier, and can subscribe to Premium if they want it.
What you get
The full Premium feature set, permanently: workouts, intermittent fasting, cycle tracking, H³ the Healthy Habit Helper, the coach that has read your log, the meal planner and Eating Out, photo food logging, device sync, body measurements, progress photos, supplements, the weight forecast, and your complete history rather than the last 30 days.
And the Family half. Your grant is a Loopa Premium Family entitlement, so you can organize a Loopa Family Group of up to five other adults and every one of them gets Premium while they are in it, at no charge to you or to them.
It cannot lapse
Your grant is worked out from your account, not from a subscription record, so there is no renewal date to miss and no payment that can fail. It does not expire, and it is not a trial that converts.
Members you invite into your family group do not get their own grant. They hold Premium through your group, which is how a Loopa Family Group works for everyone. See what a family group shares. If they later leave your group, they go to Loopa Basic unless they subscribe.
If you ever subscribe anyway
You do not need to, and we would rather you did not. If you do subscribe (by accident, or to support Loopa) your founding grant sits underneath it untouched. Cancelling that subscription returns you to your lifetime Premium Family rather than to the free tier.
Beta testers
If you joined Loopa through TestFlight, you are covered the same way, and testers who join later hold Loopa Premium Family for life as well.
