Every new Loopa account starts with 14 days of full Loopa Premium. Everything in the app is yours to use from the first minute: no card, nothing to cancel, and nothing charged when the 14 days end. Invite one person and you get 14 more days.
After that, Loopa Premium is $12.99 a month or $59.99 a year, which is $5 a month.

What your first 14 days include
All of Loopa Premium, the same app a subscriber has:
- Food logging every way there is. Search, scan a barcode, photograph a plate, say it out loud, or describe it in plain words.
- Calories, macros and micronutrients, with every meal broken down.
- Weight, water, vitals and body measurements, with trends, the weight forecast and patterns in your own data.
- Coaching from your own data. Ask Help Me what to eat, or why a week went the way it did.
- Meal planning, the shopping list, Eating Out and meal history.
- Recipes · add, import and scale your own, copy one to a meal, and the community recipe library. See Creating and importing recipes.
- The workout engine · 453 exercises, sessions, personal records and multi-week programs.

Where you see your days
- At the end of setup: "Your 14 days of Loopa Premium have started. Every feature is open until" the date (it says 30 days if you joined with 30).
- On Today's page, at the top: LOOPA PREMIUM, "All of Premium free until" the date with how many days are left ("1 day left", or "ends today" on the last day), and a bar that fills as the days pass. Tap it to open your membership screen.
- On the membership screen (You › Membership › Membership): the same countdown, and a status card reading Loopa Premium: "Every Premium feature is open. When these days end you move to Loopa Basic, unless you choose a plan. Your records stay yours either way."
- On the Apple Watch: "N days of Premium left", "1 day of Premium left" or "Premium ends today".
Loopa also sends you a reminder on day 7, on day 10 while an invitation can still add days, and on each of the two days before they end.
Invite one person, get 14 more days
Invite a family member or a friend. When they install Loopa and create an account through your invitation, 14 days are added to yours, so 28 days in all.
- While the extra days are still available, a card on Today's page and on your membership screen reads Invite one person, get 14 more days: "When someone you invite installs Loopa and creates an account, you get 14 more days of Premium." Invite someone opens Refer a friend. You can also open it from the People menu on the Community tab, or invite them into your Loopa Family Group. Either way counts.
- The card goes away once the days have been added, or once they can no longer be.
- The Refer a friend screen and the invite-code note on the sign-up screen still say an invitation earns badges only. Under Loopa's current plans the first invitation also adds the 14 days described here.
- They need to create their account while your first 14 days are still running.
- Your first invitation is the one that counts. Inviting more people is always welcome, and the extra days are added once.
- The person you invite gets their own 14 days, and can invite somebody of their own.

Joined with a partner's code? You start with all 30 days
If a Loopa affiliate partner gave you their code, your account starts with the full 30 days of Loopa Premium straight away, with no invitation needed.
If you were already a Loopa member
Members whose accounts existed before Loopa's new plans began receive 30 days of full Loopa Premium from that date, with the end date in an email and a notice in the app.
Founding members keep Loopa Premium Family for life, and beta testers who already hold Premium for life keep it. Neither sees a countdown. See Founding members.
An included period from a Loopa partner, such as The Lift Box, runs to its end date. See Premium Family included through a Loopa partner.
If you already subscribe, nothing changes: you keep your plan and your price.

Launch price. Until January 23, 2027, the yearly plans are $39.99 for Loopa Premium and $69.99 for Loopa Premium Family. Subscribe at the launch price and you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. In other countries the App Store or Google Play charges the local price it sets, and the price on the screen when you buy is the price that applies.

Your first days and a family group
You can start a family group and share a household pantry during your first days. Premium reaches the other people in the group through Loopa Premium Family, so each person in the group has their own first days until the organizer subscribes to the Family plan.
When the days are up
Subscribe and everything carries on exactly where you left it. If you do not subscribe, your account moves to Loopa Basic, which is free: food logging, weight, blood pressure and heart rate, 30 days of reports, progress photos, the help library, the community, Apple Health and Health Connect sync, and downloading your data. Every entry you made stays in your account. When your first days end has the details, and What Loopa Basic includes has the full list.
