Part of the Loopa iOS app guide.

The Health Database is the knowledge base built into the Loopa app. It is the same reference library you're reading now, available inside the app. You reach it from the Health tab: open the home screen, find the Insights section, and tap Health Database. See Using the iOS app for the wider layout.

General wellness tracking, not medical advice.

Browsing articles

The Database opens as a list of article cards, each showing its title with a chevron. Tap any card to open the article. Pull down to refresh the list. If nothing has loaded yet you'll see a "Nothing Here Yet" state noting that articles will appear here.

Searching

A search field ("Search the database") sits at the top. Type a term and the list narrows to matching articles as you go. If nothing matches, a "No Match" state suggests trying a different search. Clear the field to return to the full list.

Reading an article

Opening an article shows the title, then the article body. Links inside an article are live. Tap them to jump to related pages. This is the same content set surfaces elsewhere: Help Me draws on this knowledge base when it answers your questions, so anything you can read here is part of what grounds its guidance.
