Loopa includes a set of mobieusAI helpers that read your own logged data and health notes and give you specific, plain-language help. They are on, and each one has its own switch that you control. Everything they produce is general wellness guidance, never medical advice, and it always points you back to your clinician or pharmacist.
Fasting coach
On the Fasting page, the coach reviews your fasting history, recent vitals, weight, and health notes and recommends a specific fasting window that fits you, with the reasoning, what to expect, and clear cautions. It respects your health context and will recommend a gentler approach, or none at all, where fasting is not a good idea.
Find it at Health → Fasting in the app, or /health/fasting in a browser.
Supplement second opinion
On the Medications & supplements page, the second opinion reviews your supplements alongside the medicines and conditions you have noted, flags any pairing worth raising with a pharmacist or clinician, and points out any name that looks misspelled with a suggested correction. A heads-up, never a diagnosis or a dose.
It sits beside your interaction alerts rather than replacing them. The alerts quote the FDA product label they came from, and the second opinion reaches further but cannot show you a source. See The mobieusAI second opinion.
Nutrient estimate
On the Nutrients page, Estimate my day in a browser (Regenerate from Food in the app) reads the foods you logged and estimates the fuller vitamin and mineral picture, including foods the food database cannot match. It weighs your health context, medicines, food preferences, and calorie and macro targets, shows each nutrient against a rough daily target, and suggests foods to fill the gaps. The estimate is logged into your daily nutrient tracking; estimated values are marked est. so you can tell them from measured ones.
On Loopa Basic you get five fresh estimates a day. A day you have already estimated does not spend one, because that answer is already worked out. Premium removes the ceiling.

Your privacy
When you use one of these helpers, the specific information it needs is sent to Anthropic, the AI provider behind them. Before that happens for the first time, Loopa shows you the exact list it is about to send, why, who processes it, how long they keep it, and whether it is used for training. You can decline and lose nothing.
Every helper has its own switch, under More → Preferences → Your Data. Switching one off is enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the app, and everything in Loopa that is not an AI feature works exactly the same either way. Your logs stay encrypted, and no other member can see your numbers.
The full account of what is sent and what is kept is in AI and your information.
