The mobieusAI second opinion

4 min read · 651 words · 4 revisions · 1 view · Updated Sep 5, 2026

The mobieusAI second opinion reads your supplements and medications together and raises anything worth putting to a pharmacist. It sits on the Medications & supplements page, underneath your list, and it is not the same thing as your interaction alerts.

How it differs from your interaction alerts

Both look at what you take. They answer in completely different ways, and knowing which you are reading matters.

Your interaction alerts are a lookup. Loopa keeps its own copy of FDA-approved product labeling and finds where a label says something about combining two of your items. Every alert quotes the label's own sentence, names the section it came from, and gives the date that labeling took effect. You can hand any of it to a pharmacist and they can read the same words.

The second opinion is generated. It is mobieusAI reading your list and telling you what stands out. That lets it reach things a drug label never states: one supplement with another, something that matters because of a condition you have, a pairing nobody has written a label sentence about. The trade is real and worth saying plainly:

  • It cannot show you a source to go and read.
  • Asking twice may not give you exactly the same answer twice.
  • It is a prompt to ask someone, never a finding.

Use the alerts as the record. Use the second opinion as the thing that makes you ask a better question at the pharmacy counter.

Using it

Tap Ask mobieusAI. It takes a few seconds and the answer appears in place, with:

  • an overall read (none, low, moderate or high);
  • a plain-language summary;
  • a list of flags, each naming which of your items are involved, why it matters, how strongly it reads, and what to ask;
  • any name that looks misspelled, with the spelling it thinks you meant.

Tap Ask again whenever your list changes. The last answer stays on the page until you do, with the date it was made, and it also appears in your health report.

Fix the spellings it points out

This is the part people skip, and it is the part that pays. A name Loopa cannot match to its reference list is not included in your interaction alerts at all. The alerts tell you how many items were left out, and a typo is the usual reason. Correcting "Fluticason propionate" to "Fluticasone propionate" on your list is what puts that medication back into the lookup.

What it sends, and what is kept

Before the first time you use it, Loopa shows you exactly what would be sent and asks. You can say not now and nothing goes.

What it sends:

  • every supplement on your list, its dose and when you take it;
  • every medication on your list, its strength, how often and when;
  • from your health context: your prescription medicines, your conditions, whether you are pregnant or nursing, your age and your sex.

What is kept: the answer, so you can open it again. What was sent to build it is not kept.

You can switch the feature off for good under Your Data, and turn it back on there if you change your mind. See AI and your information.

What it will never do

  • It will never tell you to start, stop or change anything, or name a dose.
  • It will never diagnose.
  • It will never tell you a combination is safe. Nothing flagged is not the same as an all-clear, on either check.

Every flag ends the same way: confirm it with your pharmacist or clinician.

What it costs

The Medications & supplements page itself is part of Loopa Premium. Your medications and your interaction alerts are not: information about what you take belongs to you.
