Part of the Loopa iOS app guide.

The Nutrients screen shows how complete your day's diet is at the micronutrient level, the vitamins and minerals behind your calories, not just the macros. It's titled Nutrients and opens from the Health hub's The Log section. For background on why these matter, see Micronutrients; for the app overall, Using the iOS app.

General wellness tracking, not medical advice.

The completeness ring

The top card is a ring showing a completeness score as a percentage, with a count of how many nutrients are currently tracked (for example, "9 of 24 nutrients tracked"). A caption tells you whether the figures are From logged food or AI-estimated from today's food.

Regenerate from food

The Regenerate from Food button runs an AI pass over what you've logged today and estimates the nutrients your foods likely contain, filling in the picture that plain logging can't. The button reads "Analyzing your meals…" while it works. If you open the screen with almost nothing tracked yet, the app runs this estimate once for you automatically. See Meal photo AI for the same kind of analysis applied to a plate photo.

The evidence

The Evidence card lists each nutrient as a row: its name, the amount you've reached against its target with units (for example, "12 / 18 mg"), and a bar that fills toward the target. The bar's color reflects where you stand (on target, getting close, over, or low), so you can scan for gaps at a glance. The more you log (or the more you regenerate), the fuller these bars get. See Calorie and macro tracking for how the macro side is tracked, and The Food log screen to add more food.

Refreshing
