The full report

Part of the Loopa iOS app guide.

The full report (its title bar reads "Report") is the formal, exportable version of your health data, the one you'd hand a doctor. You reach it from the Full report footer on the Trends on iOS screen. It builds the same section cards you see in Trends, adds a period comparison and an AI summary, and exports the lot as a print-friendly PDF. See Using the iOS app for how it fits the app, and Health report for the concept behind it.

General wellness tracking, not medical advice.

Picking the range

A 7d / 30d / 90d / Custom pill sits at the top. Choosing Custom reveals From and To date pickers and a View your journal button, so you can pull any window: a whole quarter, or the span between two clinic visits. Pull down to refresh.

Your Summary

The first card, stamped Analyst's Summary, is an AI paragraph reading your logged data for the period, marked "AI summary of your logged data. General, not medical advice." It's generated from your numbers, not a template. If the AI is unavailable or there's no data, the card simply doesn't appear. This is the same Help Me that answers questions elsewhere in the app.

This Period vs Last

A horizontal This Period vs Last strip compares the current window against the one before it, one tile per metric with a colored delta chip. Where a metric didn't move it reads "HELD"; where there's no earlier data it reads "NO PRIOR DATA."

The section cards

Each card draws its chart once there are at least three points, then lists the key figures:

  • Weight: line with goal rule, current, change, goal, and goal ETA.
  • Energy Balance: eaten vs estimated burn, total deficit, projected weekly loss.
  • Macros vs Targets: protein / carbs / fat adherence bars over your logged days.
  • Water: daily bars vs goal, average, and goal-met percentage.
  • Vitals: INR leads as "INR · Time in Range" with its shaded target band and in-range percentage; other vitals follow, and a "BP under 130/80" badge appears when blood pressure is tracked.
  • Sleep: nightly bars with the healthy band, average and nights.
  • Mood and Feeling: the 1–5 self-ratings with the 3.5–5 good band, average and check-in count.
  • Activity: steps, active minutes, estimated burn.
  • Fasting: fasts completed, average and longest.
  • Habits: per-habit adherence bars with the automaticity trend.
  • Measurements: each site as first → last with a signed change.

If nothing's logged, a Not Enough Data Yet state stands in.

Exporting the PDF

The Export card at the bottom carries Export. Tapping it renders a print-friendly PDF and opens the iOS share sheet so you can AirDrop, email, save to Files, or print it. The PDF is built for paper, not a phone screen:

  • A4 pages, white background, dark text. Never a dark-mode screenshot.
  • A stamped header reading "Loopa Health Report" over "Compiled from the member's own logged data", with the period and generation date.
  • One card per section, in the same order as on screen (summary, weight, energy, macros, water, vitals with INR first, sleep, mood, feeling, activity, fasting, habits, measurements), plus a "vs previous period" block.
  • A footer noting the data is self-reported, that estimates like calorie burn and projections are informational, and that the report is for your clinician. It is not medical advice.

Your Summary, if one was generated, rides along as the PDF's opening "Summary" section.
