Part of the Loopa iOS app guide.
Today's Page is the Health tab's landing screen. It answers "how am I doing today?" in one glance. It leads with a coach line and your Fuel/Water/Move rings, then stacks a set of cards for the day, and finishes with your weight trend. It's the same content the Your dashboard concept describes, built for the phone. For where it sits in the app, see The app layout and tabs and Using the iOS app.
General wellness tracking, not medical advice.
Masthead and date
Under the app-wide wordmark, Today's Page adds a date stamp (weekday and month/day). The page paints your saved numbers immediately on open, then refreshes in the background. Pull down to refresh at any time, and it re-checks itself automatically when you return after a while or when the day rolls over.
The coach line
At the top is a single coach headline: one plain sentence about where your day stands, computed on your device from today's numbers (no waiting on a server). It might flag water running behind, protein sitting low, a blank page to open, or, late in a day you've mostly won, a close-out line. When water is what's needed, a +8 OZ pill sits right in the line so you can log a glass without leaving the page. The words change; the layout doesn't.
The TODAY card: rings and macros
The Today card holds three tappable rings:
- Fuel: calories eaten against your target, showing what's LEFT (or how far OVER, in red). Opens The Food log screen.
- Water: ounces logged against your goal, showing TO GO or GOAL when met. Opens The Water screen.
- Move: active minutes against your move goal (or your step count). Opens The Activity screen.
Below the rings are three macro bars (Protein, Net carbs and Fat), each showing grams so far against your goal, with over-target amounts flipping to red. See Calorie and macro tracking.
The status chips
A row of small chips appears under the rings when there's something to show: last night's sleep, your latest blood pressure, your latest INR (tinted green when in your band, red when out), and your next reminder with its time. Tapping a chip opens The Vitals screen or Reminders and notifications. Chips only appear when the reading is recent enough to still count as "latest."
Active fast
If a fast is running, an Active Fast card shows the protocol, a live H/M clock, your progress toward the target hours, and a bar that turns green at "GOAL REACHED." It's only on the page while the clock runs. Tapping it opens The Fasting timer.
Eaten today
The Eaten Today card lists the day's meals as filed (name, meal type and time, and calories) with a totals line showing protein/carbs/fat and how many calories are left (or over). If nothing's logged yet it nudges you to make the first entry. Tapping opens The Food log screen.
Activity today
Activity Today shows steps and active minutes, plus chips for any logged workout sessions and a note when you're on a movement streak. If today's movement can't be pulled it offers a retry. Opens The Activity screen.
Habits due
When you have active habits, the Habits Due card lists today's open ones with a checkbox you can tap right there (it fills in instantly), a done count, and each habit's day number toward 66. Opens Habits (H³).
This week
The This Week strip is a seven-day view: a bar per day for calories (over-target days in red), a dot per day for hitting your water goal, your logging-streak badge, and a verdict line with the week's deficit and projected weekly loss. Opens The full report.
Weight
The Weight card shows your current weight, a trend chip comparing it to your 7-day average (or "HOLDING" when steady), a 30-day sparkline (your raw weigh-ins under a smoothed 7-day line), and a progress bar with your goal ETA. Before you've weighed in it invites you to weigh in tomorrow morning to start the trend. Tapping opens the full Trends on iOS and your Weight forecast.
Quick logging and patterns
A round red + button floats over the page for logging anything in two taps. See The Quick-Log button. Below the day's cards you may also see a Patterns card with "what moves what" findings drawn from your own log; see Patterns. Everything you log flows back into these cards, your widgets, and Apple Health sync.
