Reminders give you a nudge when it's time to drink water, take a dose, weigh in, or check your vitals. They're opt-in, so you only get the ones you set. Open Reminders from Settings in the Loopa health menu in a browser, or from More → Your health → Reminders in the app.
How reminders reach you
- In-app alerts show in your notifications every time.
- Email is an optional backup you turn on per reminder.
- Browser push sends alerts to your phone or desktop even when the tab is closed. Turn it on once per device. On iPhone, add the site to your Home Screen first.
Add a reminder
Pick what the reminder is for, give it a label, and set a schedule:
- Water, medication, weigh-in, vitals, or a custom reminder.
- Choose At set times (up to four times a day) or Every so often (a nudge every 30 minutes to 4 hours).
- For the interval option, set your waking window so nudges pause overnight.
- Pick the days of the week it runs.
Each reminder card shows its next scheduled time inline, so you always know what's coming.
Doses and notes
Add an optional dose or note, like "5 mg with food", and it rides along with the reminder. For blood thinners like warfarin, keep to the exact dose and schedule your prescriber set. A reminder is a nudge, not medical advice. Never change a dose based on an alert. See INR and blood thinners.
