Part of the Loopa iOS app guide.
The Knowledge Base puts every Loopa help article inside the app, with an index and a search that takes you to the part of the article you need. It is free for everyone, on every plan, and it always shows the latest version of each article.
Getting there
On iPhone and Android: You tab › Support & About › Knowledge Base ("Every Loopa help article, with an index and search").
You can also reach it from the Health tab: search for "help" or "knowledge base" and tap Knowledge Base.
The front page
The Knowledge Base opens on its index: the articles grouped by topic, from getting started to plans and payments. Below the index, All articles lists every article from A to Z. The list keeps loading as you scroll, so every article is there. Pull down to refresh.
Searching
Type in Search the knowledge base. Loopa searches article titles and the full text of every article. Each result shows the article's title, the section the words appear in, and a line of the text around them. Tap a result and the article opens at that section.
If nothing matches you'll see No Match. Try a different word, or browse from the front page.
Reading an article
Articles show their headings and steps the way they appear on the web, and text follows your text size setting. A link to another article opens that article inside the app; links to anything else open in your browser.
With VoiceOver on iPhone or TalkBack on Android, each heading is announced as a heading, so you can move through an article section by section.
