This is the short version of the Loopa Community Guidelines. The guidelines are the rules; this page is how they work day to day.
The three that cover most of it
- Talk to people, not at them.
- Share your own experience. Do not prescribe.
- Never make it harder for someone to eat normally.
People come here mid-effort. That takes nerve, and it does not survive an audience that mocks it.
The two rules that are specific to a health community
Do not promote disordered eating. No starvation-level restriction, purging, or exercise as punishment. No goal weights, calorie floors or fast lengths posted for others to beat. No techniques for hiding eating behavior from the people around you or from a clinician.
Talking about your own experience is welcome, and is not what this rule is about. Describing a disorder you have lived with, asking for help, or saying what recovery actually looked like belongs here. The line is promotion, not the subject.

Health talk, not medical advice. Never tell another member to start, stop or change a prescription, and never name a dose. Do not diagnose anyone. Sharing what happened to you is fine; telling someone what to do with their body is not.
Reporting
Every post, comment, message and profile has a report control. Pick the closest reason. It routes the report to the right place, and "Promotes disordered eating" tells a moderator what they are about to open before they open it.
We review every report and act within 24 hours. Child safety, credible threats and anything that reads like a medical emergency go first, ahead of everything else.
Blocking
You can block any member. Their posts and comments stop appearing for you, they cannot message you, and they are not told. Unblock any time. Blocking is not reporting. If something broke a rule, report it too, or nobody else is protected from it.
The content filter
Threads and replies posted in the forums by members who are new to Loopa are checked against the guidelines by an automated classifier before they publish. If it is confident a post breaks a rule, the post is held for a moderator instead of going live. Once you have been here a while and have a normal posting history, your posts skip the check entirely.
Three things worth knowing, because an invisible filter deserves to be distrusted:
- It fails open. If the check errors or times out, your post publishes. We would rather let something through and handle a report than lose a post to a technical fault.
- A held post is not a verdict. It becomes a report in the queue with a person behind it, on the same 24 hours as everything else.
- It reads forum posts only. Your direct messages are not screened, and nothing in your health log is.
- If something is reported, the reported item is read. When a message or post is reported (by you or about you), that item's text goes to Anthropic once so a moderator gets a summary and a recommendation to work from. A human still decides. This is the only way a direct message reaches an AI, and it never happens unless somebody reported that specific message.

What happens when a rule is broken
We match the response to what happened.

Coming back on a new account after a ban is itself a permanent ban.
Appeals
Email support@mobieus.io with your username and what happened. Someone who was not part of the original decision reviews it and replies within 7 days. Say what you think was misread. Do not re-argue the content. Child safety decisions are not appealable.
Child safety
Loopa is 18+ and prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation absolutely. Removal and termination on the first offense, with reports to NCMEC and law enforcement as the law requires. Our published standards and designated contact are in the Community Guidelines. Anything urgent: safety@mobieus.io.
