The Loopa website at loopahealth.app is where you download the app, read what it does, compare it with other trackers, and join a coach, affiliate or organization program. This page says where each of those lives in the menu.

Downloading Loopa
Get Loopa free sits at the right-hand end of the bar on every page and at every screen size. Open it and you get two routes:
- App Store. The iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch app.
- Android beta, direct download. Loopa for Android is a signed APK you install yourself, with its SHA-256 checksum published beside it so you can verify the file before you install it. There is no Google Play listing yet.
Both routes are also at the top of the download page and in the footer of every page.
The menu, group by group
- Features is arranged by what you want to do rather than by what a thing is called: Track (food, activity, vitals, medications), Plan (meal planning, workouts, fasting, habits), Connect (family, organizations, community, challenges) and Share (Clinician Share, reports and export, Apple Health and Health Connect).
- Protocols lists each one by name: GLP-1, TRT, HRT, peptides, bariatric and weight management, and Low FODMAP. Sharing with your clinician is at the bottom of that menu.
- For Coaches & Orgs puts the three programs side by side, each saying who it is for and how to join.
- Pricing is a direct link to what Loopa Basic includes and what Premium adds.
- Learn holds the guides, the head-to-head comparisons, this knowledge base, Support and the changelog.
- Company holds contact, our privacy pages, the health source register and the legal documents.
Getting help
Learn → Support goes to the support site, where you can search for an answer or open a ticket. Learn → Loopa knowledge base is this site: every screen in the app, explained. Both are also in the Learn column of the footer on every page.
If you would rather write to a person, Company → Contact has the form, the support address and a phone number.
On a phone or tablet
Below 1024 pixels wide, which includes every phone and most tablets, the menu becomes a drawer. Tap Menu at the top right. The download buttons are at the top of the drawer, then a search box that filters the menu as you type. Start typing "fodmap" or "coach" and only the matching entries stay. Each group opens as an accordion.
