Every organization has a room, and it is a private forum for the people in it. It works exactly like the rest of Loopa's forums (threads, replies, reactions, drafts, mentions) with three differences worth knowing: who can read it, who moderates it, and what happens when something needs reporting.
The room is private to members
Only members of the organization can read it. It is not listed in the forum directory, it does not appear in search, and there is no way to arrive at it by guessing. Joining the organization is what opens it, and leaving closes it in the same moment.
Somebody who is removed from the organization, or leaves it, loses the room at once. Their posts stay. A conversation that other people took part in is not rewritten because one person walked out of it.
The community guidelines apply in full
An organization's room is part of Loopa, and every rule that holds everywhere else holds in it. Being a private space does not make it an exception. Harassment, hate, spam, dangerous advice and everything else in the guidelines are just as much against the rules in a gym's room as they are in a public forum.

Reporting and blocking work exactly as they do everywhere
Every post in an organization room has a Report control, and it does what it always does: it goes to Loopa's moderators. You do not have to be an admin, you do not have to tell anybody at the organization, and nobody at the organization decides whether your report is looked at.
Blocking works too. Block somebody and you disappear from each other across Loopa, including inside a room you both belong to. They are not told, and nothing in Loopa will let them work it out.
Blocking is not reporting. If somebody broke a rule, report them as well, or nobody else in the room is protected.
Who moderates the room
The owner and the admins of the organization moderate their own room, and only their own room. They can pin a thread, lock one, remove a post and mute a member. That authority stops at the edge of their organization: it reaches nothing else in Loopa, and an admin of one organization has no standing in another.
Loopa's own moderators sit above them. Our moderators can act in any organization room, and a report always reaches us rather than stopping with the person it might be about. That is deliberate, and it is why reporting is worth using even when the person you would be reporting to is the person you would be reporting about.
Muting
A mute quiets somebody in that room for a set time. It is a tool for a conversation getting heated rather than a judgment on a person: it applies to the one room, so a member muted in their gym's room is not muted in another group they belong to, or anywhere else in Loopa. An admin can lift it at any point, and an owner cannot be muted.
Muting is not a report. If a post breaks the rules, report it as well. A mute wears off, and a rule-break should not.
What a room is not
Nothing in a room reaches anybody's health record, in either direction. Posting in your gym's room shares a post, exactly like posting anywhere else on Loopa. It does not share your food log, your weight, your workouts or anything else, and no role in an organization can read any of it. See Joining an organization.
Anything you choose to write about your own progress is yours to write, and is worth the same thought you would give a post in any other forum.
If the organization is suspended
The room goes read-only. Everything in it stays readable, nobody can post, and members can still leave. Reporting still works.
