Posting video, and what mobieusVerified opens
Video posts are open to every member. What decides when is a single post, or nothing at all if you have completed mobieusVerified.
The short answer
- Completed mobieusVerified? Video is open to you now, on every Loopa account you hold, including any you join later. There is nothing to earn and nothing to wait for.
- Everyone else? Post once. The next thing you post can carry video.
The app tells you which of these applies before you open the camera, so you never record a clip and find out afterwards.
Why there is a requirement at all
A brand-new account that can immediately upload video is the shape spam takes in every community that allows it. One post is a low bar deliberately. Enough to be a signal, not enough to be a wall. Community owners can raise it to two posts. That is as high as it goes.
What mobieusVerified changes
mobieusVerified means you submitted a government ID and a liveness check and a person reviewed them. That is a far stronger statement about an account than how many times it has posted, so it replaces the requirement rather than shortening it.
It opens the three things a newer account waits for:
- Video posts.
- Links in posts.
- File uploads.
It follows you, not your login. Verification belongs to the person, so joining another community on Mobieus (a gym, a club, an employer) carries it with you. A brand-new account you create tomorrow is verified from its first minute.
It takes effect the moment it completes. Finish verifying while you are using the app and the next thing you tap reflects it. There is nothing to sign out of and nothing to refresh.

What mobieusVerified does not change
Every community rule applies to you exactly as before. Verification opens features an account would otherwise earn with time. It has nothing to do with how the rules are enforced:
- Anyone can report your posts, and every report is reviewed.
- Automatic content review still reads new members' forum posts.
- Posts can still be taken down, and accounts can still be suspended or banned.
- A suspended account stays suspended, verified or not.
Verification is a statement about who you are. It is not a statement about how you behave, and it is not treated as one.
If video is not available yet
The video control tells you what it needs. There are two things it can say:
- "Post once more before you can post video." Write anything in any forum. Deleted posts and posts removed by a moderator do not count.
- "Confirm your email address to post video." Check your inbox for the confirmation link, or request a new one from Account → Email.
Once either is done, the control opens immediately. You do not have to reopen the app.
