Most of an appointment is spent reconstructing the last three months from memory. If you have been logging, you do not have to. Loopa turns your own record into one file you can hand over or read from.

Loopa does not decide what to ask. The questions in the summary are the ones you wrote down yourself. Nothing is suggested, ranked or generated for you.

Protocols are a Loopa Premium feature.

Write the question when you think of it

The useful question is the one you had on a Tuesday, not the one you try to invent in the waiting room.

Anywhere you record a symptom, a check-in or a lab result, there is a Question for my prescriber field. Type it in your own words, up to about a paragraph. It is stored encrypted with the rest of that entry.

Every question you save goes on the first page of the summary, in the order you asked them, each one carrying the entry it came from. So "is this normal?" arrives with the symptom, the severity and the date attached.

Choose the dates. Anything up to 400 days.

Choose PDF to print or hand over, or CSV if someone wants the numbers in a spreadsheet.

You get a file on your device. Loopa does not send it anywhere.

What is in it

• Your questions, first, in the order you asked them.
• Every dose in the window: what, when, how much, the route and the site.
• Symptoms, with severity and date.
• Check-ins, as daily entries and as averages over the window.
• Labs you entered, as you entered them.
• Where your injections went, if the route has sites.

There are no interpretations, no flags and no conclusions. It is your record, laid out.

Worth doing the night before

• Check the window covers the whole gap since the last appointment.
• Read your own questions. Some will have answered themselves; delete those and the page gets shorter.
• Bring the labs you have from anywhere else, so what you enter and what they hold match.
• Know what you are actually taking, including supplements. See Supplements and medications.

Sharing it

You hand it over. There is no upload, no portal and no automatic send. A PDF you print, email or show on your phone.
