Activity tracking logs your steps and workouts and turns them into a real calorie burn for the day, using your body weight. Turn it on in Settings, then log from the Activity page. Your burn also feeds your Weight forecast.
Your day at a glance
The top of the page shows:
- A steps ring filling toward your daily step goal (10,000 by default).
- Calories burned for the day.
- Active minutes against your goal (30 by default).
- How many sessions you logged.
Your burn is estimated from your sessions, your steps, and your body weight, so a heavier or lighter you gets a fairer number.
Log steps and active minutes
In Steps and active minutes, enter your step count and active minutes for the day and tap Save. Steps add their own share to your daily burn, shown right below the form.
Add a workout session
In Add a session:
- Pick an activity type from the list (walking, running, cycling, swimming, strength, yoga, HIIT, and many more).
- Enter the duration in minutes.
- Leave calories blank to let Loopa estimate the burn from the activity, its duration, and your weight, or type a number to override it.
Each session shows as a clean row. Tap Edit to change it or Remove to delete it.
Back-fill an earlier day
Forgot to log yesterday? Use the arrows at the top to move to any past day, then add steps or sessions there. Tap Back to today to return. The whole day (ring, burn, sessions) refreshes in place.
Trends and history
The Trends card sparklines your steps and calories burned over the last 30 days. The History table gives one row per day with steps, active minutes, the sessions you did, and total calories burned.
