Trends and charts turn everything you log into clear pictures over time. Open Trends from the Loopa health menu to see where your numbers are heading, not just where they are today.
Pick your range
Switch the view between the last 30, 90, 180, or 365 days. Every chart and the stat strip update to the range you choose.
Read a chart
Each metric gets its own card. On every card you'll see:
- Daily points as faint dots, one per logged day.
- A bold 7-day average line that smooths out day-to-day noise so the real direction shows.
- Reference or goal bands where they apply, so you can see whether you're inside a healthy range.
- A plain-language pace note summing up the trend.
Gaps in logging read as gaps in the line, so you can spot the days you missed.
Charts that go further
Some trackers add detail:
- Weight carries a forecast line, a dashed projection past today based on your recent pace. See Weight forecast for how that estimate works.
- Blood glucose splits fasting and post-meal readings so each tells its own story. See Blood glucose.
- Cycle trackers shade the phase of your cycle across the chart, so patterns line up with where you are. See Cycle tracking.
The stat strip
Up top, a row of headline numbers gives you the quick read: current weight, your 7-day average, how much you've lost and how much is left to goal, your BMI and its band, your daily calorie target against what you've eaten, and today's water against your goal.
Export your data
Download any range as a PNG image, an XLSX spreadsheet, or a CSV file. The buttons sit next to the range picker.
